We are delighted to present our Pop-Up Wedding Package for $5,950 and hope you will be thrilled by our inclusions. Our aim is to offer you a very classy event, in catering for 40 people, for both your marriage ceremony and cocktail wedding reception. You can invite up to 100 people with this package.
Everything from your legal ceremony with an Authorised Marriage Celebrant, professional photography, event styling, floral arrangements, a semi-naked wedding cake to delicious catered finger food and more… will guarantee your special day is perfect!
We remain berthed at Sanctuary Cove’s World Class Marina for the duration of your 3 hour Pop-Up Wedding. Cruising the Coomera River and Gold Coast’s Broadwater can be added onto your package for a minimum 2 hours at $880 per hour for the charter fee. From the moment you step aboard for your wedding celebrations, you will be instantly charmed by the ambience.
The Lady houses two decks. The lower level saloon offers an air-conditioned reception area, a licensed bar, a professional galley and dance floor. The upper undercover deck boasts stunning uninterrupted views for your wedding ceremony and provides ample seating for your guests to enjoy the sites of Sanctuary Cove Marina and its luxurious surroundings.
We source fresh local seasonal produce for your finger food catering. It is prepared on the day of your function by our talented Chefs and served by our friendly wait staff.

Ceremony Officiated by a Marriage Celebrant
- Your marriage will be officiated and solemnised by a preferred Commonwealth Authorised Marriage Celebrant (Male or Female).
- Marriage Celebrant to meet with the couple, before their wedding day, to ensure all legal documentation is completed according to the Marriage Act 1961.
- All finalised legal paperwork is submitted to QLD Registry of Births Deaths & Marriages for registration of the marriage.
- A legal ceremonial Wedding Certificate (Form 15) is issued to the married couple on the day.
- Written ceremony content to be finalised before your wedding day.
Professional Wedding Photographer
- Two hours of professional photography will capture your magical wedding day moments.
- This package includes photos of the venue styling; arrival of the Groom followed by the Bride to The Lady; the wedding ceremony on the upper deck; post-ceremony Bridal Party and family group photos onboard The Lady; some cocktail reception celebration photos with the guests if time allows. Our signature group photo from the stern of The Lady is a keepsake picture you are sure to love.
- You are provided with photos taken on the day. These are edited in high resolution with no watermark.
Hair & Makeup for our Bride
- We want our Bride to feel stunning on her wedding day, so our Professional Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist will ensure you look drop-dead gorgeous before your Pop-Up Wedding begins.
- Your preferred choice of styling to be discussed and confirmed before your Wedding Day. If you are looking for a more natural look or full glamour, our highly qualified makeup artist has a diverse background in the industry and is sought after for her ability to capture on trend looks.
- Package does not include a pre-wedding day trial. Professional hair and makeup services for your Bridesmaids, Mothers of the Bride and Groom, Flower Girls etc. can also be arranged at an additional cost. You can discuss this directly with our preferred vendor.
Floral Bouquet | Buttonhole | Cake Topper
- Our professional wedding florist will create a stunning bouquet for the Bride and matching buttonhole for the Groom. Your arrangements will be tailored to suit your colour scheme.
- For our same sex couples, you may choose to have two Bridal bouquets or two Groomsmen buttonholes.
- Your floral wedding cake topper will match your Bridal bouquet, Groom's buttonhole floral choice.
- Our wedding florist sources fresh seasonal flowers from the markets and your arrangements are delivered fresh on the morning of your wedding day.
Semi Naked Style Wedding Cake
- A single tier 7 inch Semi ‘Naked’ Style Wedding Cake to be served during your wedding reception. This gorgeous style of rustic cake is a trend we believe is here to stay and they taste as good as they look!
- There are a few different delicious flavours to choose from. Your preferred selection will be discussed and confirmed with our incredibly talented wedding cake supplier before your wedding day.
- You can upsize your wedding cake if you have more than 40 guests on your wedding day. The additional cost is discussed directly with our supplier.
Cocktail Finger Food Catering
- We offer a delicious menu selection of platter presented cocktail finger food for your wedding reception.
- Prepared in our professional kitchen galley and served to you and your guests by our wait staff for 1 and 1/2 hours.
- Choose 6 items from our menu. We guarantee an ample supply of your chosen items is equivalent to a two course meal.
- We are happy to accommodate any special dietary requests. Please advise before the day.
Congratulations Bubbles or $200 Bar Tab
- The Lady has a fully licensed bar. B.Y.O. alcohol is not permitted.
- As part of your Pop-Up Wedding Package, we offer a celebratory glass of bubbles to toast the newlyweds.
- If you would prefer not to drink bubbles or you don't drink alcohol? No problem! We are happy to offer you a $200 bar tab to use for your Pop-Up Wedding Package instead.
- If you have a preferred brand of alcohol or cultural drink you would like to be made available, please let us know.
Ceremony | Cocktail Reception Event Styling
- Your wedding ceremony is set and orchestrated on the upper undercover deck of The Lady. Provision of seating with aisle bouquets, hessian aisle runners, dressed with green plants and a signing table.
- The lower deck saloon provides air-conditioned comfort, a fully licensed bar and a dance floor. The reception room is set with 4 round tables with seating for 10 people, 2 cocktail dry bars, dressed in your choice of white or black linen. We offer a selection of sash and chair band colours for you to choose from. We also offer some attractive centrepieces you are welcome to use for the styling of your table.
- A gift table and cake table are also provided. We also have a wishing well available for you to use.
Wedding Event Coordinator
- Our Gold Coast Cruises Event Coordinator is highly experienced in managing functions and coordinating weddings.
- Danielle will be your main point of contact and will ensure every detail of your Pop-Up Wedding Package is attended to. She is also a Marriage Celebrant and appreciates how stressful the organisation of a wedding can be for all involved. Her role is to manage your wedding day, so it unfolds with ease.m
- The Lady's staff are attentive and work hard to provide first class service to our guests. We want you to relax and enjoy every moment, from your pre-wedding day organisation, through to you saying... "I Do"!
Wedding Day Music Vibes
- We provide our own in-house PA system to be used for your wedding ceremony and for wedding speeches.
- We offer a selection of both classical and modern music for your wedding ceremony. With the music apps that are available to us today, any choice of music can be played through our in-house sound system.
- We are happy to accommodate your taste of music vibes for your wedding day.
- You can provide your own selection of music on an iPhone, iPad or USB for your ceremony and/or reception.
- Live entertainment is absolutely another option. We have some great referrals.
Pop-Up Wedding Optional Extras
- Cruising the Coomera River and Gold Coast Broadwater on The Lady is a Minimum of 2 Hours at $880 Per Hour.
- +40 Additional Guests - $38 Per Adult | $22.50 Per Child 2 to 12 Years. The Lady can accommodate 100 people for a Pop-Up Wedding.
- Upsized Wedding Cake for +40 Guests - Price on Application.
- Hair & Makeup Services for Bridesmaids, Mothers of the Bride and Groom, Flower Girls etc. - Price on Applicaton.
- Floral Arrangements - Bouquets, Buttonholes and Flower Crowns for your Bridal Party or Parents - Price on Application.
- Professional Photography - Additional time for pre-ceremony or to stay onboard - Price on Application.
Pop-Up Weddings Conditions of Booking
- 40 People Minimum: Package pricing is based on 40 people inclusive of Children 2 to 12 Years.
- Third Party Vendor Package Inclusions: Celebrant, Photographer, Floral Arrangements, Hair & Make-up or Wedding Cake can be removed from the Pop-Up Wedding Package price, if you would like to secure the services of your own Preferred Supplier/s.
- Deposit: $500 deposit is required to secure your wedding booking date. Payment by Direct Deposit Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Non-Refundable | Transferrable to a Different Booking Date.
- Balance Payment: Required no later than two weeks prior to your wedding booking date.
- Public Holidays incur a 10% surcharge.
- Legal Marriage in Australia: Please note Section 42 of the Marriage Act 1961 requires that a marriage shall not be solemnised unless a Notice of Intended Marriage is completed and lodged with your chosen Authorised Celebrant. The marriage cannot be solemnised until after one month from the date the Authorised Celebrant receives the notice.
